The web design and SEO pioneer Eazytiger is to offer a free competitor analysis to visitors at the 2011 Internet World exhibition at London’s Earls Court from May 10 to 12.
The new service ranks a business against three of its competitors – to highlight how best to compete successfully. Using a sporting analogy, the service tells businesses whether they are a gold medal winner, deserve a podium finish or trail in a distant last.
The multi-discipline test analyses how a business competes in four key digital showdowns: website quality; how a business appears on phones and other mobile devices; social media such as Twitter and Facebook; and how good is the SEO – Search Engineering Optimisation – in helping the business be ranked highly by Google and other search engines.
The new service – called Eazytiger Competitor Analysis – is styled as a coaching report. The sporting theme is being brought to life on Eazytiger’s stand (E2010) at Internet World. As well as Xbox360 Kinect games to play on artificial turf, the serious business of effective digital marketing will be tackled by Eazytiger coaches.
Eazytiger managing director Gary McCarthy said: “Everyone appreciates the hard work, skilful techniques and smart thinking which go together to create sporting excellence whether it’s football, athletics or any other sport.
“The same is true of online marketing. And just as professional sports players and teams and their coaches analyse the opposition, so too should businesses competing online for attention and customers.
“The Eazytiger Competitor Analysis report is essential reading for any marketing executive looking to effectively raise his or her company’s profile. You may think you know how you sit in your market, but our report will almost certainly give you some surprises. Better than that, it will help you get to the top of your league.”
Eazytiger has exhibited at Internet World for the past six years, and this show will also be promoting its PURSE (Payments Upon Results Search Engineering) service, which charges no fees until the customer’s website is in the top listings on Google, MSN and Yahoo.
In 2010 more than 12,000 people attended Internet World, the sixth consecutive year of visitor growth for the exhibition.
